Does he stream LoL? no.
Tyler1 doesn't play League anymore dude. He spectates people and gives advice on how to play Draven, but he doesn't actually play it anymore.
He's allowed to stream, it's up to Twitch to decide what to do with him. He's just not allowed to play League since he got perma-perma banned.
