My friend who referred me just got to level 10 and this is my 5'th reference meaning I should receive a rune page, problem is Riot is in the process of changing the entire RAF system at this moment. And from what I read, a 5'th reference won't give a rune page so I was wondering if ANYONE could tell me if I'd still receive the rune page once the new changes are in effect? Or will I just receive the IP?
hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if you haven't redeemed it yet, its gone now hence the email from riot asking everyone to redeem previou rewards within 30 days that was sent a month ago

As a player who has used the Refer-a-Friend program to bring new players into League of Legends, we're notifying you that 30 days from now we will be making changes to RAF. As a result, you have 30 days to redeem any rewards you might have outstanding or fulfill the requirements to earn additional rewards.
so we have until roughly nov 13/14 to finish requirements and claim, but refer a friend is down due to technical difficulties so looks like we are boned until new system goes live.
