Can we get insta bans for truly toxic people

I'm not talking about ones like me (and you too,don't even try to lie) who get pissed and snap at people i'm talking about the ones like I just played with that go full racist/homophobe and tell you to kill yourself when you ask for an mia. Nobody should be treated like that and losers like that need to be banned on first offence I have gotten pretty pissed and told people to only play bot games but never once told them to commit suicide (the other two aren't really a question since I am neither racist nor homophobic NOBODY should called a n***** or any other form of hate speech or be told to kill themselves over an mia there is NO excuse for it and it should not be happening. What if i was someone who is actually wanting to kill themselves and was trying to get my mind off the bad shit im dealing with,having 3 people tell you your useless/should kill yourself over a game? Having losers like that in the game can cost people there life. its sad that riot will probably let it get to the point where someone does before they look for the real toxic players. also all of you people who refuse to report for toxicity are as bad as the people who are that toxic
