Will 'a selection of legacy skins' that is mentioned include the 'Traditional' skins of Trundle, Sejuani, and Karma?
As an enormous Karma fan, i know the chance is slight, but I must hold on to hope. Please let me know if these skins qualify as being randomly gifted.
...Please do me and everyone a favor and don't spend all of your money on the chance of getting traditional karma. I mean if i could i would give you mine just to not have riot bankrupt you. haha.
Those skins were never on sale so no its pretty safe to assume they aren't included, the "traditional" skins were just released and given to players because of the massive amount of work done to improve the quality of the original models and were given out to people who owned the champion prior to the date of the change
