Late Game Mages?
Trying to decide between Azir, Syndra, and Cassiopeia currently. Who is strongest/more worth my time invested? Also, who else is strong late game? Thanks!

I've heard that 
(Malzahar) is a late game mage. Considering he has % max hp damage and an AoE silence that can really disrupt team fights it makes sense. His cooldowns are on the higher side early but if you can land his abilities they pack a punch 300(80%), 9% per second (45% over max duration) with 1% per second per 100 AP, 320(80%)/4 seconds (80(20% ap) per second), and 550(1.3)/2.5 seconds at level 18
