Banned? Again?

I'm very confused. I was supposedly unbanned on the 25th - I go to log in and it says I'm now banned until the 29th? I don't understand how/why I was banned after not even finishing my first sentence?

There was an Annie skin on sale today that won't be out of the vault for a while, I was intending on buying that. As well as I intended on simply playing. I apologized for my actions here a while back on the forums, did I piss someone off to get me banned 4 extra days?

I know that this is rather disappointing that the suspension hasn't been lifted yet especially if you really want to play a game and have fun. I have had my fair share of suspensions and I know just how boring it is not to be able to play the game.

Please note that suspensions are issued on 24 hour cycles. An email was sent to the email address associated with your account informing you of your suspension and its end date. Your suspension ends at the same hour it began (2014-08-29 18:25:38 PDT).

If you need help converting the provided time to your time zone, I recommend using the following website:

http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

Make sure to select "USA - California - Los Angeles" in the "Select time and place to convert from" table and input the time and date shown above. Then, select your location in the "Select place to convert to" and click "Convert Time."

This didn't help me at all, I was supposed to be unbanned on the 25th, and then out of no where, after I've already waited 2 weeks, I'm told I'm banned again for 4 more days? Without any reason as to why? I waited all day for a support response and this is what I got. A time converter and another reason to be back to where I was with hating everything again. This is so tiring, I feel like I'm not even dealing with humans. 4,600 people are going to know about this though, that's for sure.

You may have been reported multiple times, resulting in multiple punishments.

I think I'd be a lot less pissed off if I had known from the get-go what the actual date of my terminated suspension was. But because I was lied to and led to believe that I would be unbanned at an earlier date, I now know how the banning and judicial system actually works in this game.
