I saw a Yorick in EU LCS last year who micro managed his Ult well enough to take 0 damage from his opponent and then killed them outright. A good Yorick is probably one of the more impressive champions in the game.

Yorick still has no meaningful counter, hell he craps on teemo when it comes to trading with your E. However, he lacks any utility besides his ult and doesn't really do anything in the lategame, so any late game champ will make a yorick pick feel useless if it gets to that point in the game.

as yorick being my main top laner although i did miss season 2 and 3 only seasons i missed i do understand this, although in my long time of playing yorick the only thing ive had trouble with is a trundle as he heals himself whenever anything dies near him(so your ghouls) and he can steal your tanky stats and out duel you by stealing your ad as well

Yorik Mid is viable and beats the hell out of some of the current meta picks but let's not let that leave this post...

have an ADC that's doing ok to good, be yorick, be more useful with no items than your 6 item counterpart :P
