Well, part of it might just be "I was running away and she pulled me back towards them. I know I can launch myself out, but I shouldn't have to." People are just bad at articulating their complaints.

Kalista is difficult to play as (or with) if you don't know your lane partner or don't have voice communication.
You really need to work together to make the W pasive and the ult shine.

Yeah TBH, I'm surprised there haven't been troll Kalistas in my games. It seems like such an easy champion to do it on, but anytime I fuck up as supporting Kalista, it's on me.
I am actually liking playing with (good) Kalistas. They always seem to go legendary with me.
