I understand how the Normal Draft is mostly meant for practicing stuffs....
...but isn't the incoming Sandbox mode suppose to fill that specific purpose? Or else If not, the Sandbox was never needed at all.

I don't think you understand the point of sandbox mode. You should probably do more research.
