I am getting punished after reforming?

"Three, players that have received escalated bans (so 7-day or 14-day bans) for excessive toxicity at any point during the 2015 Season will not receive Ranked Rewards. Players that have received these types of bans have shown some of the most egregious behaviors in the game, and we have a zero tolerance policy against things like racism, sexism, homophobia and other kinds of hate speech. These players WILL be eligible for Ranked Rewards in future seasons if they reform and are not flagged for excessive behaviors in future seasons."

I got a 2 week suspension 3 months ago, your telling me that I will not be getting a border or victorious skin!?!?!? WHAT THE HELL!?!? AM I NOT REFORMED ENOUGH!?!?!? I HAVENT GOTTEN EVEN A CHAT RESTRICTION SINCE THE BAN, AND NOW YOUR TELLING ME THAT IN MY REFORMED STATE I WILL BE PUNISHED?!?!?! WHAT THE F*CK? Not only that, but I was not banned by a rioter, I was banned by a robot, A F%$!KING Robot. A robot took away my ranked rewards and not only that but gave me a 2 week suspension that i thought would be my only punishment. I thought riots goal was to reform players, not take away everything they worked so hard for? I worked my ass off getting to gold, for nothing. I have never been more mad at the game then I am now.

I was not racist, sexist, I am CERTAINLY not homophobic, and I have never said ANY kind of hate speech in game. Yet you drag a player that had a bad week (mostly real life problems) and pulled him into a pool of this shit. Fuck you riot, and FUCK you lyte, you hypocritical motherfucker.

If this lack of transparency continues... riot will be the bullet in my head. Its hard enough to control my emotions, the only thing i had to look forward to when i play was to try to get gold.

No even if i did get it... i get nothing... riot you might as well just tell the punished players they are getting executed because you are judging them harshly enough.

The rules have been this way for a while dude, riot is not being hypocritical or screwing you. And given the nature of this post it doesn't look like much "REFORM" has happened. The whole idea behind reform is that you refrain from doing things, not just to avoid further punishment or to get a reward, but change simply because it is the right thing to do. A reformed player would understand what they did was wrong, apologize to the community, understand that they are not eligible to receive rewards this year, and strive to improve for next year.

Granted, I don't know what this guy said. If someone built full AP Caitlyn and he raged for 20-30 minutes in game telling that person to kill herself, then yeah. That's fucked up.

But if the worst he did was call her, say, a "fucking idiot" or a "troll" and asking everybody to report her, then it's frankly absurd to remove that person's eligibility for end of season rewards.
