So it's been confirmed that Vlad will be buffed in a bit and I was wondering if anyone knew what they were buffing? He's an odd champ and big buffs could break him, similar to Gnar, so what direction will Riot be taking in the buffs to Vladimir?

tbh if they removed the slow when he's casting his E and increased speed buff on W cast he'd be viable since he'd be able to get damage off more reliably
