Can we lower the IP price of ADC's
Now that runs are lowerd i actually wanna start playing adc and feel the power. Can we lower these adcs (older than 2 years) to like 3150 besides sivir please?

They have a specific process of lowering champion prices
No offense, but the now that this is cheaper why not make this cheaper also argument probably isn't a good approach.
