Razer naga hex help

last night, randomly, a razer pop up appeared, i clicked SOMETHING as well as a check box saying "do not bring this up again" and ever since then, my thumb buttons havent been working in league. i set up a new razer synapse, i factory reset my computer AND i bought a razer naga chroma, which also wont work with my league of legends hot keys. im currently trying to figure out the issue with tech support, as well as have looked into everything i can find in razer synapse, but while i wait for support, does anyone here know anything that might help?

Wow did you really just buy another mouse, send me one if you got $$.

Anyway what were the default settings for your thumb buttons? Was it forward/backward? Check if the buttons work. If the buttons do work, then you should bind your keys through LoL game settings itself if you had not.

If that doens't work then try putting numlock on.

If that still doesn't work then in your LoL game settings, put the mouse number as the secondary key instead or primary.
