Rite of Ruin new item?

I went into the item sets tab on my profile, and while looking through the items I found an item called Rite of Ruin, and that it's available on Summoner's Rift. I checked and it's not, is this supposed to be a new upcoming item or something?

That's for the new game mode. It uses summoner's rift map, and that's probably why it shows up. (Also, put "Bilgewater" in the search bar, and you'll see all the items available for the new game mode.)
