Snowdown Icons: Anyone Know?

I'm trying to collect all the new icons and I had bought all the ones in the store, I'm just curious as to how to get the last two icons. The wiki has them labeled as the "Poro King Icon" and "Poro Toss Icon". Maybe I already have them and as the notice said it's just taking a while? I just wanna know what the conditions are to get them so I can make sure I have them before the event is over. If anyone knows how to get them, I'd appreciate the shared knowledge. No one in the Poro King lobbies seems to know how to get them yet.
