Is ranked down?

I log on and there is no option that says ranked, but there is no message saying it is down either? What gives lol?

It appears to be offline... my guess is it has to do with the connection issues Riot is facing with their mystery gifts going out this morning...

Though they should show a notification in game or at least on the status page
