Disk Usage Goes To 100% And Freezes Entire Computer, Any Help?

I have been having this problem for about a week now. What happens, is my pc will freeze completely and the task manager says my disk usage is at 100%. Does anyone know a fix to this? I am in very need of it as I have been losing some games because I freeze mid lane for 30 seconds and get killed.

Things I have tried so far:

Can of Air to clean out the dust in my PC.
Scanning For Viruses.
Reseting my PC whole.
Installing Windows 10.
Updating everything.
And a few other things that i dont remember.

Please, any help is enough for me. I have been trying to fix it for 4 days now.

I bet this is a Windows 10 issue, You'll have to do a little research on MS to see if a recently released update/KB is causing the issue.

Can of Air helps remove dust to help mitigate heat, fyi.
Viruses could cause this issue, but there should be a host of other virus related issues. Have you investigated tasks running via task manager? If you see an odd item in the task manager Google it to find if it's legit.
Restarting as you noticed will only somtimes fix the issue.
If you reinstalled windows (a drastic but usually effective measure) and your disk usage is still an issue I'd suspect a. The hard drive is bad or b. A patch/update issues with Windows.
Sadly, sometimes updating windows can cause temporary issues such as the one you are experiencing. Go to the MS forums to see if other users have this issue.

If you have spendable cash on hand, buy a new HD. Give that a shot. If the problem persists then It would point to a potential W10 update issue.

These issues are quite complex to troubleshoot via boards like this. You have to be your own IT detective and just keep at it.
