After 100k IP

I was thinking, as I am closing in on my milestone of 100,000 IP, what is the point of having all this if I can't use it? Then I had an idea! What if, instead of it amounting past 100,000 IP it gave RP. You wouldn't earn RP every single time. But say If you get 1,000 IP you would be rewarded with 10 RP. This would balance the useless-ness of IP afer you have already unlocked everything and would add a nice touch.
