Please fix chat.

I'm sick of not being able to communicate to my teammates in aram. Especially when we're just outclassed in every single way and our only hope is..... coordination. you know. as every aram is. YOu know where your team is all C tier champions with 0 synergy and they are all A or God Tier champions with 100% synergy, ... and you have 1 CC on an ultimate and they have 15 cc on non ultimate (no rr's on anyone)
