Unused skins

Not sure if this goes here but w/e Alot of people out there do mystery gifting of skins. We do it for others and on the rare occasion we can self mystery gift sometimes we get skins for champions we hardly if ever use. This might be a bit early but would there be any way possible I could just gift those skins that I will almost never use to a friend? By this I mean I lose the skin forever, but my friend gains that skin forever, however skins will have a 1 time trade limit to avoid abuse.
