Is there gonna be anymore rewards added to refer a friend?

Right now its ok,but I really liked the original where you got cool stuff like all current content unlocked at x amount (i remember it being a high amount) that really encouraged players to try to get others to play,now its just easy to just make smurfs and get em to level 10 for them. I hope riot adds more to the rewards,im not asking huuge stuff,just some little treats besides 2 skins and 1k ip. If not,thats perfectly fine,free skins and 1k ip is fine with me :p
