Put,Urf,hexakill,one for all,ect available in custom games. You need to realize how much more players you'd get,even if it was only in customs. Think about it,do it for the players who are getting bored of the game.

they wont because they dont want the player base to stop playing 5v5s their "main" game mode.
Disabling the game mode enables Riot to use them for later events.

It is custom for a reason lets have more of them!
Not everyone likes or even has any interest in ranked play.
Some of us actually just enjoy farting around on different maps for relaxation time.
That is what actually brought myself and several others here back "before" ranked even existed.
