I just haven't heard anything about them from you guys,wondering if they are gonna get changes anytime soon? They're pretty iffy right now. Also with Zilean,after his rework he just disappeared?

I think Swain is mostly fine, personally.

Galio has some problems with an outdated Kit that I think could use some numeric updates as well as adding a few new toys in his box for him to set up plays with.

Swain is fine, in my opinion. Fuck-awful farming, but pretty strong duelist, and godlike during teamfights.

They both seem fine to me. Swain needs some VU's, and Galio just got some on the PBE. Swain is a monster IMO, and Galio is really good too especially against AP mid, cuz of his MR. And that's all I have to say.

The big problem with Galio is that he's just a bit TOO situational in my opinion, he never gets picked, ever.
