Can we get some buffs/quality of life changes for ADC's like Quinn,Varus,Ashe,and maybe even Draven (a new passive finally?) (not saying he's in a bad spot really,by no means) Mostly the first 3 though. Ashe,Varus,and Quinn aren't played too much,and when they seem to they're outshined by the stronger picks like tristana,lucian,and jinx. What do you guy's think we can do for buffs for them? I really think varus and ashe need some mobility buffs.
I would say MF is the worst out of the bunch. She has no real niche anymore that isn't outdone by almost any other adc. I guess you could say her ultimate is still a defining feature, but it is so easily stopped now by walls from 
and 
that she just doesn't really have a place anymore. Some people will say "but AP MF" but this doesn't matter to this argument because she is supposed to be an ADC, not an APC.
Sivir has great map movement and decent poke.
Varus has great poke and an initiation, something a lot of ADC's lack.
Ashe is a late game monster with initiation and lots of zone control from W.
Quinn can win almost all ADC matchups if she lands her Q, but will lose almost all other if she misses. She does, though, work really well in top lane as a counter to melee bruisers, so while I feel she could use some love, she has at least something going for her.
Corki and Graves are fine, just out shined late game.
Draven is the main reason I feel MF is dead. He basically became MF 2.0 or 3.0 before he received his much needed nerfs. MF was always the premier lane bully, then draven comes and takes her place. Then a guy named Lucian comes too and he just kind of removed any chance that she would be seeing the light of day again.
Quinn would be a strong pick if she wasn't so clunky and riddled with bugs. I guess you could consider that "buffs."
miss fortune is strong she just doesnt fit the meta, graves got a buff and is strong just doesnt fit the meta, sivi is strong just doesnt fit the meta/style of play(she is less damage more utility), Varus is strong but isnt as good now because item changes made his build sub-optimal, corki is strong and a popular pick at worlds.
Ashe just needs a passive change to not be some cheesy pretend-passive, and Draven isn't played simply because he is By a huge margin the highest skill-cap adc in the game... BUT, I would like a passive more akin to the old wicked blades one.
Quinn... ya got me there. She is a strong fighter in lane, but she is just so meh...
I have a nice way to buff MF.
Make It Rain - Cost: 80 MANA
Make it so this has a lower cost at earlier levels. It won't help her find her niche but at least it would be an easy to implement buff in the meantime.
Graves is strong, it is just he is very similar to Lucian who is better over all (Graves has a better ult I think, but the rest of Luc's kit seems better). There was an interesting proposal on general discussion before it was closed about how to make him stand out from the crowd. Unfortunately I cannot seem to find the thread again.
