Usually every year Harrowing stuff comes back and I missed out on some of it last year. But, with Riot saying they're doing Harrowing "differently" from now on, does that mean it's not coming back? Does anyone know?
The way they are doing Harrowing differently is that they announced the Harrowing may come at any time. We will most likely have spooky-themed skins come out of the vault this Halloween.
Three skins are currently on the PBE: Slayer Jinx, Slayer Pantheon, and Zombie Nunu. This implies that we are having a spooky event going on and with that, the spooky skins will come back.
I may be wrong, but it's best to save your RP, just in case ;)
