Yes, I can understand it if someone leaves mid game, but if I'm having technological issues and don't even connect to the game, is it really necessary? The game gets remade anyways, so I'm not seeing the issue here. 20 minutes is a LONG fucking time.
Personally I think that the 20-minute queue needs to be revamped a little. Its tailored to repeat offenders, and its a good way to make sure you don't do it again. But heres the thing, it doesn't always work. If you leave in the middle of a game, no queue. Sometimes in the beginning of the game when you leave, no queue. Some problems are that you have to sit there and wait 20 minutes. You could be spending those 20 minutes editing runes or masteries or shopping, but no, wait 20 minutes. YOU CLICK THAT QUEUE BUTTON, AND YOU HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN. Also im pretty sure at this point a small portion of the people in 20-minute queue are teenagers who'se parents force them to get off, or to go take out the trash or something.
you dont have a 20 min queue time... you have a 20 min leave buster penalty
If you keep staying in games eventually it will reduce, it took me over a year to go back down to 15 min, and I'm back at 20 now :b
