As far as players go, what do you guys consider to be "new"?

I've been playing League since last September. I wouldn't consider myself "new", I've learned much of the basics and a good deal of the more advanced strategies. I won't say I'm the best, nor do I consider myself Diamond level.

But it got me thinking, after seeing someone who after playing for over three years, still considered themselves "new". So, that's why I'm asking you guys:

What do you consider to be "new"?

Me personally: If they're under level 30, I consider them to be "new". If they're over level 30, but still are struggling, I'd call that more of a novice or "in-training" if you will, but not new. Anything past that is the various stages of "pro", "advanced", "skilled", so on and so forth.

not level 30 or unranked is new to me

unless you just don't play ranked and have 1000 wins

I'd say anyone that's been playing the game consistently for less than a year or inconsistently is new. I'd consider players that were here for at least half of season 2 well veteraned players. Inconsistent players will vary. Some knew the meta, fell off, then came back to a new meta. Some didn't know the meta at first but then picked it up in season 4. Some still don't know the meta at all.
