Let's be brief, we all have made the mistake of using a refund on something extremely not worth it. For example, when I first joined this game I decided to spend the starter IP on Annie but instead accidentally bought Garen. Being the newbie that I was, I used a refund on Garen because I didn't realize that there was a limit. I propose the idea that we get refunds back every 3 months, every year, or even 2 years..

I'm ok with 3 tokens per year but we are talking about Riot. Greed at its finest.

All I want to have is a refund within the first 5 minutes of purchasing. Or even within 1 game of purchasing.
