Queue times are garbage right now. Est. 2 minute wait and I've remade queue 3 times when it goes beyond twice the estimated wait.

Its been like that. No idea why people dont bitch more tbh 10+ ques in gold shit tier elo when before without this system that has proved to be crap it was 1 min at tops.

Its both champ select AND dynamic que. I thought new champ select would be nice but now that its out it just hinders where you can play, I can no longer fill or have support as a secondary role. And dont get me started on Dque ill just say whoever made that and didnt revert it is a retarded pos.
