its because there is no east coast server, we are neglected, no matter how much we spend Riot puts that money towards tournaments in korea and, well, ANYTHING besides an east coast server, a year ago (with slower internet) i used to ping about 80, its been gradually going up (unaffected by my ISP upgrades) and now sits around 100(so it says) and acts like 800 sometimes(on a bad day) but still reads 110-120
ever since the new summoners rift came out ive been having major timeout and disconnect issues that have affected my gaming so bad that most people on my friends list dont want to play with me anymore, those that still do are either the ones experiencing the same problems (all my IRL friends) or the ones that have alot of patience and will put up with it only because i do (which is a bum deal for them too)
ive reported the problems many times, my posts either get removed or im told its my fault, ive twice upgrade my internet, re-installed League, messed around with my Anti-virus' and firewall, even went as far as shutting em off (bad idea) but nothing helped
and itll only get worse with every "update"
many people still haveing trouble with the new patch, it took me 18 attempts before getting the patch, finally got it and in my first game i had the 100 ping that acted like 800, it was terrible, i havent played since (been almost 12 hrs and i keep wanting to play but its pointless because i dont live in the west, so dumb)
your speeds are higher than mine, logically you shouldnt have any problems with those speeds
sidenote : most games my ping is between 30 and 60 but in LoL 90 is the best i can hope for, assuming its accurate
