Xerath, Varus, and Vi are unplayable

I posted this in the Report a Bug boards but the only response I got was from one other person who also had the problem saying the fix is to plug directly into the router. Nothing from RIOT. I very much enjoy Varus and Xerath and I haven't been able to play them in what is close to half of a year. Every time I try to use their Q, my ping skyrockets to 900 or more. I have no clue how this happens, but apparently it's fixed by plugging directly into the router. Unfortunately that is not an option for me. I have no clue what the problem is or how to fix it, but I'd really like to be able to play this part of your game, RIOT. Do you think you could look into the problem or tell me if you're in the process of working on it? It's been too long. Thank you for your time, Pope Charles IV
