You're doing it again, Riot.

The new chat restriction system is good, in fact I way prefer it over the old one. I do have a few problems with it, however. When you get chat restricted, you get a message that shows how many games you've got the restriction for and the chat log that hurt the poor babby's feelings. The only way to make this message go away is by clicking the large button that says "I UNDERSTAND". And that's not a good thing. You're FORCING your players to explicitly agree to their punishment. This is demoralising, degrading and heavily works against reforming. However, there's an easy fix to this, simply replace the "I UNDERSTAND" with "OKAY" or "OK" or whatever. Something more neutral instead of enforcing your will on the already negative player.

Second may not be an actual issue and more coincidence, but when I got this chat restriction, one of the people from my last game (the one who was ACTUALLY flaming, compared to me just having a negative outlook after a 10 loss streak and a 0/10 teamwide score at 5 minutes) added me to gloat about how he got a message saying his recent reports have helped make the LoL community less toxic. If this is an actual thing, REMOVE IT. This is straight up humiliating for the person that gets punished and WILL cause the people that get this message to find the person they suspect has been punished to laugh in their face about it, knowing the other party can't do anything about it in fear of more severe punishment.

My last issue is that the chat logs seem to be taken from a random game you've been reported in, instead of being a compilation of "triggers" found throughout your chat history. The chat log I got in-client informing me of my restriction has me insulting my team once. If someone showed me this log and told me they got restricted for it, I'd tell them to stop bullshitting. But if I saw a compilation of logs from multiple games in which the chat-restricted person is flaming, then I'd say it was earned.

I know Riot probably won't read this, and it'll get downvoted to shit by all the paladins roaming the boards. But I'm still posting it to get the word out, this system isn't optimised at all.
