After the god damn shot makes contact, the visual effect plays, then I swear to god, the damage goes through .5 seconds later. It is making cs nigh impossible, anyone else have this happen? I was using omega squad if it matters, which it shouldn't
if your missing creeps because of a .5 delay, it might be a sign that your doing it way to late. i don't know much about teemo but he kind of lurches forward doing his aa animation, maybe problem just that his animation is off.
Ive never had a problem with farming as him,maybe try last hitting instead of relying onoison?, also just so you know they don't tkae the poison dmg until all of the minion attacks tat have hit it that second do their dmg, it's called priority order.
