The most forgotten champions
These are the champions that seem to be the most forgotten. This list has nothing to do with balance or reworks. It is not implying that these champions need reworks, it's simply saying that these champions seem to have been forgotten or have been shoved down and made useless on purpose because Riot doesn't want to see them until they can figure out what to do with them.
The only champion to be removed from the FTP rotation and the champion that has been waiting the longest for a new skin.
One of the few champions that riot has deemed so toxic that they can't allow her to be strong, because when she's strong she's overbearing.
Pretty much ice-boxed. Riot has no real plans for him and they can't allow him to be strong because, live Evelynn, his kit is very overbearing, and if allowed to be stronger than other champions he becomes unstoppable. I mean, if you give a tank the ability to have the AD and Lifesteal of a marksman and a revive passive AND an initiation AND 2 attack speed steriods AND a range steriod, you've created a monster.
I can't remember the last time I saw him in the patch notes. I don't think he really needs any changes, but he just seems to have been left behind.
Poor green apple gumball doesn't get much attention.
