A friend of mine is telling me that they extended the cut-off for ranked S4 beyond the 11th. However, I can't seem to find anything posted to corroborate that. Can anyone confirm or deny it, and if it's true, when is the extension date?

Maybe he is confused because you can still play ranked and climb/drop tiers, but this is only the preseason and doesn't count towards actual season 4.
