Is it an awful idea to take Ninja Tabi's after Zhonya's? Just trying to survive Zed in lane. I'm trying to learn Velkoz anyway.
So I try to throw E down behind me when he ults. I take Exhaust. I rush Zhonya's.
He still just seems to demolish you easily after 6.
All I do is just wait for him to ult me, cc him immediately then run away till the death mark wears off cause it'll do 0 damage.
Take

and then just build like you normally would.
To be fair, Zed is meant to specifically be a hard counter to you.

Depends if he'd ahead or not. If you have zhonyas, chances are he'll start going after the adc instead of you
My brother personally rushes frozen heart into zhonya's against zed and it's hilarious watching zed rage because he can'd deal any damage.
