Is this what Riot wants their "hit" game's social boards to be like? A cesspool of garbage memes and endless gifs? Where's the intelligent discussion? Where's the gameplay and balance talk?

Instead, we have 95% GIFs and the 3% "3 refunds per season", why? Because Riot is likely so ashamed that they don't want to be on these forums either, I can swear on my life that I would feel the same way. Riot, do something about it.
