Why is this even in the game?
-5% less time dead, +2% experience gained, Scaling energy blues, reds, etc. I'd love to see the stats on how many people actually buy and USE these.

Experience quints were used at MSi by the jungler occasionally to level up after certain routes. As for time spent dead... Lol
I need -5% time dead. They are very useful.
