Why do you get triggered every time someone mentions your rank?
I mean youre walking around the Gameplay&Balance board holding up a sign saying "I dont know anything about the balance of this game"

Only jerks go around looking for targets to harass like that. Why do you get triggered every time a lower rank speaks about gameplay? Why not simply, idk, correct them instead of verbally assaulting them? That's assuming they are wrong in the first place. It seems that most of the time a high rank is insulting a lower one, it's a personal attack and has nothing to do with the subject at hand.
I'm B1 cause I suck at CSing, rallying a group of 5 people to a win, and can only play a few Ranked games a month, not because I don't understand how the game works. Stop being prejudiced and just have fun. There is no need to tear other people down.
People are at the Rank they are at because of a LOT of factors, not just metagame knowledge.

People'd get mad because you're dismissing their arguments and beliefs not with reasoning or arguments, but simply by dismissing them based on their rank. It's like your college professor rejecting your theories and telling you to "come back when you've got a PhD". Even if he is entirely right, the people espousing those ideas don't think they're wrong. Very few people go around believing that they are completely wrong about things.
Being disabused of your wrongful ideas is accepted more than being told you're wrong because you're you.
im bronze simply because i cant cs well (170 by 20 is the best ive ever done) not because i dont understand the game. i play with guys who are higher ranked then me i have no problem shot calling us to victory (sometimes i dont feel like talking and that usually results in us losing horribly) they also come to me for help with things such as builds, pathing, combos/play styles, team comps, because what it comes down to is i know this game better then they do they simply have better mechanics then i do (lately even that's debatable since my w/l% has improved allot) so i go off when people mention my rank simply because that's not a legit reason to dismiss someone.
