Everytime I search for groups as Urgot Top in Team Builder....

And found a team of 4 players in it, of which everyone is suppose to be ready for a match, and then one of them will be like "Wtf, Urgot top? Omg im outta here" "xXxIMALOSERxXx has left the group", and Ill be like:

"My job here is done...." "Me left group, searching for next group of victims"
