When you suck, I tell you you suck, when you do good I tell you you do good...

There is nothing wrong with that, so why is the first one reportable? Grow up people, if it hurts you when someone tells you you play bad, take that as a motivation to improve!

telling someone "you suck" does not help them improve and will never be taken that way. instead you focus on yourself

How bout instead of "you suck.":

"sit under tower. i will help when i can" "group mid" "split push for a bit to farm up" "x champ inc, back off" "ward your bush, jung nearby" "jung on other side of map, push your lane" "buy some defensive items so you can survive longer" "don't engage unless i do"

Or you can obey the rules of the game.

The players don't get to decide the rules. Thankfully we CAN take advantage of them one another player is being degenerate.

I tend to get severe performance anxiety when people harass me, makes me do worse, then there are more flames and so on. Perhaps instead of berating, offer them some advice? Besides it's a game play nice and have fun. We'd rather not deal with jerks(most would be harsher on the lingo here)

lol First of all, if you want to be so selfish in your view of things then think about it like this. Being rude to someone and telling them they suck does them, nor you any good, it puts people on tilt and makes them pissed at you. When people are pissed they play even worse, you are not doing yourself any favors by commenting on how poorly they are playing, if you want them to do better then you should be ignoring their failures, and when talking about mistakes say things like 'we need to' or 'we should do X' not 'You need to' by generalizing and making it about the team rather than the individual they will be much more willing to comply than if you single them out in front of everyone.

Second of all, I know for a fact that you do not play well in every single one of your games, if you did then you would be challenger. Everyone has bad games and getting pissed at someone because theyre having one is pointless.

Third of all, (and this goes with my previous point) Matchmaking places you against people that are around your skill level, if you are in the same game as them, you are NOT better then them.
