Game has crashed

Game starts after champ select then screen just goes black and it tells me the game has crashed and I can't reconnect. This happens like every 30-40 games for me. Never had an issue before and now its been happening in the last month in two a decent amount. I do not have any third party programs. I feel like this is on Riot's end, but ill be the one to get banned or put in a low priority queue. Any ideas on how to fix this?
