Rito, sometimes, I think there are certain champions that doesn't really need a buff at all.

To me, they are just pretty tiny lil numbers that hypnotizes 6 year olds as if they were free lollipops, just that they added a pinch of chocolate cream on it.

Let the players learn the champ's Op-ness on their own, not by pampering them with buffed numbers.
