I think Riot should lift all bans, suspensions and chat restrictions and start people off fresh. If you aren't going to give something out for free in fear it may dip into your hundreds of millions, at least you could do something for the players that made your company what it is.

Sounds more like a New Years Resolution (and a contract with the toxic players) than a Christmas gift.
It defiantly sounds like a lump of coal for all the good boys and girls who didn't get banned.
