Bad Behavior no ranked rewards

I'm not even in silver so I won't get a loading screen border anyway but if I was to get to silver would I not get one? My account got suspended due to a payment mix up. a.k.a my mom let me use her card to buy RP and she thought it would show up as "League Of Legends" not "Riot Games" but my account has been restored and just wondering will that count as bad behavior or account being banned?

For suspension I don't think it counts especially for that type since it's something completely different. But even then you'll only get the silver boarder
