How do chat restrictions work?

I'm not being toxic but some people don't like how I play. They call for reports on me. I tell them that this convo isnt productive to game play and that I'm muting them.

Am I not allowed to say even that?

If you are playing in a productive way (aka not feeding or anything like that) then that seems fine.

I'd like a full explanation of the system including the words/phrases we're not allowed to say because it's absolutely terrible that I get reported in a game that I carry 22/0/19 and get reported. Chat log:

GL HF! Great play nj u2 gg guys! fun game plz honor, we all did great

And all the other variations I go through with the same sentiment. Yet I have a 75 game chat restriction my first restriction? There's NO rhyme or reason to this system and it needs proper explanation, support and resolutions to outliers.
