I found this article on a google search and it was a surprisingly very good read. I especially found the particular sentence in which the author writes "negative attitude is elo hell" very enlightening.
There is no elo hell, climbing just isn't always going to be easy - especially if you are at the point where you're going to have to improve to keep climbing. Obviously it will take time.
This article doesn't even support there being a elo hell if you ask me. It more sounds like they are suggesting elo hell is the brick wall that most players quit at, which is to say they just quit when things stop going their way and make an excuse of "elo hell".
