If any long time players have a ton of IP?

There are a lot of newer players that could benefit by getting gifted the new champs with IP. Im not begging or anything. I just want to make it known that if you have a lot of "useless" IP, it could really make someones day. (also I wouldn't mind being the IP starved player that I am) :)

Aaaaand queue all the low elo idiots trying to "fix" their MMR by creating smurfs with all champs open, sucking enough to be matched with new players, and flaming the crap out of them.
