Attack Move Click Indicator

In the settings of the game there is an option to display the attack range indicator when using attack move. Unfortunately this visibility does not carry over when using attack move click. As an avid user of the attack move click function it would really be helpful if both of these bindings allowed for the player to see their attack range. Does anyone know why they would not want the indicator on attack move click?
