This should be a thing.

There needs to be a website or data base online where you can type in a Champions name and you can look at their amount of leavegames/amount of reports so we have a choice rather to dodge or not.

At the moment me and my friends have our own database where is someone feeds on purpose, afks or is toxic we add them to a list. Then before each game we type in out team mates names and if they are in the low priority we stay, if they are in the mild to high priority of trolls then we just dodged. I saved myself a few losses doing this, I'm just surprised no one else has made a website for this.
